For over 20 years Built Projects has been providing construction services to South Australian businesses and organisations. Built Projects specialises in small to medium-sized commercial building refurbishments and office fit out projects.

The business provides a very high standard of service and workmanship at very competitive prices. Built Projects scope of work is expansive and includes design & architect, project management, building approvals and permits, construction, furniture and joinery and ongoing facilities management and maintenance.

Capability

Building works (both General and Internal fit-out) are core competencies of Built Projects. Our key differentiation to other organisations is that we like to create a close working relationship with our clients by providing value added services to assist in the early development of projects by providing building advice, conceptual designs (“the art of the possible”) and budgeted estimates for all trades.

From there we are happy to participate in the following tender process (if required) and/or we can structure an agreement where our proposals/quotations go through a QS (Quantity Surveying) process to ensure competitiveness. We certainly have the experience, capability and resources available to assist you with any of the current projects that are ready to progress and commence.
